Announcement
On Tuesday, 25 August 2026, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles issued a press release stating that it is preparing the biggest evolution of its Jawa 42 line with the forthcoming launch of the Jawa All Stars range. Teasers for the All Stars have been posted on the company’s social‑media channels and on its official website (www.jawayezdimotorcycles.com).
Brand Heritage and Recent Milestones
The release recounted Jawa’s historic firsts, beginning with the introduction of an auto‑clutch in the 1960s, a pioneering engineering step for motorcycles worldwide. After its 2018 re‑entry into India under the Classic Legends umbrella, the brand launched the Jawa 42, marketed as India’s first neo‑classic motorcycle, featuring a pastel colour palette, an off‑centre instrument cluster, dual‑channel ABS and a liquid‑cooled engine. The subsequent 42 Bobber created a new bobber segment in India, distinguished by a factory‑custom look, cantilever seat and rear mono‑shock suspension; it quickly became the country’s most popular bobber and earned the Style Icon of the Year award. The 42 FJ added brushed aluminium tank panels and secured two Viewers’ Choice Motorcycle of the Year awards. Collectively, these models have expanded Jawa’s presence in the mid‑size premium two‑wheeler market through classics, neo‑classics and factory‑custom motorcycles.
Market Response
The “Jawa Is Back” campaign generated over 100,000 online bookings, indicating strong consumer enthusiasm for the neo‑classic segment and validating the brand’s strategy of blending heritage design with modern technology.
Corporate Context
Classic Legends Pvt. Ltd., the parent company, was founded with the vision of re‑introducing iconic motorcycle marques—Jawa, Yezdi and BSA—both in India and internationally. The group aims to deliver a comprehensive motorcycling lifestyle by co‑creating product and service offerings within its ecosystem and revitalising the performance‑classic motorcycle market.
Community Engagement
The brand’s rider community, Nomads Kommuniti, continues to foster a sense of belonging among enthusiasts who value individuality and non‑conformist design.
