Jay Shree Tea Reappoints Swarup and Kandoi Directors

Jay Shree Tea board approved re-appointment of Vikram Swarup as Independent Director for a second five-year term.
Board approved re-appointment of Vikash Kandoi as Executive Director for three years effective 1st April 2027.
Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
