Jaykay Enterprises issued a postal ballot notice seeking shareholder approval for 13 material related party transactions totaling up to ₹1,775 crore for FY 2026-27.
The company appointed CS Varuna Mittal as scrutinizer and will conduct remote e-voting from April 24 to May 23, 2026, through CDSL platform.
Transactions involve multiple group entities including JK Phillips, Allen Reinforced Plastics, Neumesh Labs, JK Defence, JK Digital, and JK Technosoft subsidiaries.
All proposed RPTs are at arm's length, in ordinary course of business, and have been approved by the audit committee and board of directors.
