The company executed a Sale Deed on 16th October, 2026, for the sale of its immovable properties comprising Office Nos. 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607, and 608, situated on the Sixth Floor, Pragati Deep, Plot No. 8, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi – 110092.
On the same date, 16th October 2026, the company executed Lease Deeds for the same premises to continue using them for its business operations.

6. Deepankar Sharma HUF (for two units)
- Related Party Status: The buyers do not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies. The transaction is not a related party transaction.
Lease Agreement Details
- Lease Term: 5 years, from 16/10/2026 to 15/10/2031.
- Renewal: The lease is renewable thereafter for a further period of 5 years on terms and conditions mentioned in the Lease Deed and/or as mutually agreed between the parties.
Operational and Financial Impact
- The sale shall not have any impact on the business operations of the Company, as it will continue to occupy and use the premises under the lease.
- The sale does not constitute a sale of an undertaking or substantially the whole of the undertaking of the Company. Consequently, the transaction does not attract the terms of regulation 37A of the LODR Regulations.
- The disclosure is being made based on the materiality criteria prescribed under regulation 30(4)(i)(c) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
