Jetmall Shareholders Approve 100% Name Change to Artemis

Jetmall Spices and Masala Limited shareholders approved a special resolution to change the company name to Artemis ADR Marketplace Limited via postal ballot.
The resolution received 100% favorable votes from both promoter (2,116,300 shares) and public (2,058,000 shares) shareholders who voted, representing 69.65% of total share capital.
CS Nishant Jain was appointed as the scrutinizer and certified the e-voting process conducted via CDSL from April 3 to May 2, 2026.
The result is being disclosed to BSE Limited in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 44(3).
