Reason for Resignation
The resignation has been tendered due to unavoidable personal circumstances arising from health-related issues within the family of the concerned partner, CA Yogendra Kumar Lokanda. These circumstances require his considerable time, attention and involvement in attending to family responsibilities, making it impossible for the firm to devote the requisite professional time and resources to effectively discharge statutory audit responsibilities.

- They will provide necessary information and documents to enable the company to make requisite disclosures to BSE Limited
