Board Meeting Information
A meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the first quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and reference to the letter dated 29th June, 2026, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed for all insiders and designated persons of the Company and their relatives/immediate relatives. The closure will continue until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
