Jindal Stainless Commissions Indonesia SMS, Invests INR 900 Crore

Jindal Stainless commissioned its 1.2 MTPA Indonesian stainless steel melt shop ahead of schedule, raising total melting capacity to 4.2 MTPA.
The company commits a fresh INR 900 crore investment at Hisar and Kharagpur to augment cold rolling capacities, targeting commissioning by Q2FY28.
Cold rolling capacity is set to expand from 2.05 MTPA in FY26 to 2.67 MTPA by FY28, with sales volume target of ~3.5 MTPA by FY29 at double-digit CAGR.
