Jindal Stainlyss Limited has completed its investment in a 282 MW hybrid renewable energy project by acquiring an additional 4.6% equity stake in Oyster Green Hybrid One Private Limited.
The total committed investment of ₹132 crore includes a final tranche of ₹23.41 crore, completing the company's funding for the captive power project.
The project is expected to generate 700 million units of clean energy annually, aiding Jindal Stainless's net-zero goal and reducing 650,000 tons of CO2 annually.
