Jindal Stainless Grants 380,430 Employee Stock Options

Jindal Stainless approved grant of 380,430 stock options to eligible employees under its ESOP Scheme 2023.
The grant comprises 190,215 ESOPs at ₹383.70 and 190,215 RSUs at ₹2 per share.
Disclosure is made pursuant to SEBI LODR Regulation 30 and Master Circular dated January 30, 2026.
As of March 31, 2026, 831,560 options were vested and 515,236 options had been exercised.
