Strategic Initiative: Digital Workforce Capability Development
Jindal Stainless Limited has entered into a strategic partnership with Nasscom through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance digital capabilities across its workforce. The partnership provides access to Nasscom's FutureSkills Prime (FSP) digital skilling platform, which is led by Nasscom in partnership with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India.
Partnership Structure and Offerings
Under this partnership, all Jindal Stainless employees will have access to the FutureSkills Prime platform and can enroll in courses offered by its network of learning and content partners. The platform offers:
- Certification programmes validated by SSC Nasscom
- Assessment and certification for eligible programmes
- Courses across emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Internet of Things, Blockchain, and Digital Leadership
- Learning pathways ranging from foundational digital fluency to advanced programmes
- Multiple learning formats including self-paced, instructor-led programmes, short bite-sized modules, and comprehensive courses
Certification and Branding
The partnership provides for co-branded certifications for eligible programmes, featuring the logos of MeitY, SSC nasscom, FutureSkills Prime, and Jindal Stainless. The company will have a dedicated learning group on the platform to support participation and engagement across the organization.

Strategic Context and Existing Digital Initiatives
This initiative builds on Jindal Stainless' ongoing focus on digital capability development alongside the deployment of digital manufacturing, planning and analytics solutions across its operations. The company has been progressing its Smart Factory 4.0 programme across its Hisar and Jajpur facilities, including digital manufacturing platforms and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS).
