Jindal Stainless Limited issued a press release announcing it has been recognized with two awards at the People Matters Infini-T Awards 2026. The company won the Gold Award in the HR Operations category and the Silver Award in Digital Adoption & Change Leadership category.
The awards recognize the company's efforts to transform its HR function into a digitally enabled, scalable, and employee-centric ecosystem. The transformation was implemented across 17 entities, covering more than 12,700 employees (both direct and indirect) across corporate offices and manufacturing facilities.
The company complemented its technology rollout with a structured change management program involving employee co-created workflows, certified change champions, pilot deployments, and extensive engagement initiatives to drive organization-wide adoption.
