Jindal Steel's Board approved appointment of Mr. Debojyoti Roy as Additional Director and Wholetime Director for three years, subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Damodar Mittal was re-appointed as Wholetime Director for a further term of three years, effective March 28, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
Mr. Sabyasachi Bandyopadhyay ceased as Wholetime Director and stepped down from directorship on March 27, 2026 upon completion of tenure.
