The subsidiary has established an integrated manufacturing ecosystem in Ahmedabad comprising:
- Electric two-wheeler manufacturing facility with installed annual production capacity of 2.5 lakh units
- Automated in-house battery manufacturing facility of equivalent capacity (2.5 lakh units)
- Vertically integrated model expected to deliver superior battery quality, enhanced safety standards, supply chain efficiencies and cost competitiveness
Commercial Timeline and Approvals
- Commercial dispatches expected to commence from July 2026
- Subject to receipt of necessary regulatory approvals
- Final homologation stages currently underway
Order Book and Distribution Network
- Current order book: approximately 1000 units
- Current dealership network: 35 dealerships across India
- Expansion target: 100 dealerships over next 12 months
