Jio Financial Allots 25 Crore Equity Shares to Promoters

Jio Financial Services allotted 25 crore equity shares at ₹316.50 per share to promoter group entities upon warrant conversion.
The allotment increases the company's paid-up capital from ₹6,353.14 crore to ₹6,603.14 crore.
Promoter and promoter group shareholding increases from 47.12% to 49.13% post-allotment.
