Management Changes Approved
Cessation:
- Mr. Anoop Singh Gusain (ACS 22023) will cease as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company
- Effective from close of business hours on 11th August 2026
- Reason: Transfer of services within Group company
- He will also cease from the category of 'Senior Management Personnel' of the Company effective the same date
Appointment:
- Ms. Varsha Singh (ACS 73152) appointed as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company
- Effective from 12th August 2026
- She will also form part of 'Senior Management Personnel' of the Company effective the same date
Profile of New Appointee
Ms. Varsha Singh is a graduate in commerce and holds a master's degree in Corporate Governance. She is a qualified Company Secretary and an associate member of ICSI, with 3 years of professional experience in Secretarial and Compliance domain.
