JK Agri Genetics Board approved reappointment of Kuldeep Kumar Pandit as President & Director for three years.
Reappointment is effective from 24th November 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Decision was based on recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
