JK Paper Re-appoints Chairman and Independent Director

JK Paper Board recommends re-appointment of Harsh Pati Singhania as Chairman & Managing Director for five years from January 2027.
Board also recommends re-appointment of Harshavardhan Neotia as Independent Director for second five-year term from July 2027.
Both directors confirmed eligibility under Companies Act and SEBI regulations, with no relationships to other board members.
Appointments subject to shareholder approval at forthcoming Annual General Meeting following Nomination Committee recommendation.
