JK Tyre appointed Mandar Vighnahari Deo as President - India, effective 14th April 2026.
Deo was previously MD & CEO of Exide Energy, leading a ₹6,000 crore lithium-ion cell project.
He brings 20 years of experience from Cummins India and Cummins Inc. in leadership roles.
The appointment is disclosed under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 as a senior management change.
