JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has convened a meeting of the Board of Directors to be held on Friday, 7th August 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the company's standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026.
Immediately following the board meeting, the financial results will be furnished to both the BSE Ltd and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. The results will also be published in newspapers for public dissemination.
In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's internal Code of Conduct for designated persons, the trading window has been closed since 1st July 2026. The trading window is scheduled to reopen on 10th August 2026, following the results announcement.
