JK Tyre Postal Ballot: Khaitan Independent Director Appointment

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd issued a Postal Ballot Notice to appoint Dr. Nand Gopal Khaitan (DIN: 00020588) as Independent Director for five years w.e.f. 9th February 2026.
The Special Resolution also covers continuation beyond age 75 under Regulation 17(1A) of SEBI LODR, as Dr. Khaitan turns 75 in May 2026.
Remote e-voting via CDSL is open from 24th March 2026 (10:00 AM) to 22nd April 2026 (5:00 PM), with results declared by 24th April 2026.
