JK Tyre Reappoints Raghupati Singhania as CMD

JK Tyre & Industries Ltd has submitted a regulatory disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.

The Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on 26th May 2026, approved the re-appointment of Dr. Raghupati Singhania (DIN: 00036129) as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. The reappointment is for a term of five years, effective from 1st October 2026.

This reappointment is subject to the requisite approval of the Members (shareholders) of the Company.

The meeting of the Board of Directors concluded at 4:30 P.M. on 26th May 2026.
