Johnson Pharmacare Appoints Two Additional Directors

Johnson Pharmacare's board appointed Nand Kishore Ray as an Additional Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director effective April 17, 2026.
The board also appointed Dheeraj Kumar as an Additional Executive Director of the company effective from the same date.
Both appointees submitted mandatory non-debarment declarations confirming no SEBI or capital market restrictions against them.
