Book Closure Period: The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 to Tuesday, 29th September 2026 (both days inclusive).
Purpose: To take a record of the members of the company for the Annual General Meeting.
AGM Date: The Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 31st March 2026 is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2026.
