JOJO Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and applicable SEBI Circulars.
The company announced it has entered into a distribution agreement with Amazon. As a result of this agreement, JOJO's content is now available as an add-on subscription on the Amazon Prime Video India service.
Amazon Prime Video's marketplace offers programming from third-party partners via Prime Video add-on subscriptions. Under the terms of the agreement, Amazon may offer JOJO's subscription both as part of bundled offerings and on a standalone basis. The subscription will be available across multiple plan durations: monthly, multi-monthly, and annual subscription plans.
This integration provides Indian audiences with multiple pathways to access JOJO content within the Amazon ecosystem. The arrangement adds Amazon's Indian distribution infrastructure as an additional touchpoint for accessing JOJO's content catalogue. This complements the Company's existing direct presence across 177+ countries via the JOJO App.
The agreement deepens JOJO's multi-platform reach and strengthens the overall subscriber acquisition funnel. The disclosure was signed by Pushti Rajani, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Membership No. A78352).
