Jost's Engineering transferred its entire 50% equity stake in JV Suryavayu Renewable and Energy Solutions Private Limited to Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited.
The consideration received for the stake transfer was Rs. 1,03,100/-, effective 30th March, 2026.
SRESPL has ceased to be a Joint Venture of Jost's Engineering Company Limited with effect from 30th March, 2026.
