JSL Industries Reappoints Tejal Amin Whole Time Director

JSL Industries Board reappointed Mrs. Tejal R. Amin as Whole Time Director for a three-year term effective July 1, 2026.
The reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
Mrs. Amin brings over 40 years of experience in finance, corporate administration, and strategic business planning.
She is related to Chairman Rahul N. Amin as his wife and is mother to Ms. Shubhalakshmi R. Amin.
