JSW Cement Incorporates UAE Wholly Owned Subsidiary

JSW Cement Limited incorporated JSW CEMENT MIDDLEEAST L.L.C – SPC as a wholly-owned subsidiary in Fujairah, UAE on 24 March 2026.
The subsidiary was incorporated with a share capital subscription of AED 100,000 in cash by JSW Cement Limited.
The WOS will undertake cement business and allied activities, approved by Fujairah Municipality under SEBI Reg. 30 disclosure.
