JSW Energy Acquires RCRIPL via IBC Resolution

JSW Energy completed acquisition of Raigarh Champa Rail Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (RCRIPL) as a wholly-owned subsidiary via IBC resolution process.
Total resolution amount is ₹700.10 crores via cash consideration and issuance of NCDs by RCRIPL to Financial Creditors.
RCRIPL provides critical railway infrastructure services to JMPCL's 3,600 MW thermal plant in Chhattisgarh, of which 1,800 MW is operational.
Acquisition completes resource security for JMPCL's entire 3,600 MW capacity alongside the earlier acquisition of KSK Water Infrastructures Pvt Ltd.
