JSW Utkal Steel Limited ("JSW Utkal") applied to the Government of Odisha on 26th June, 2025 for approval to novate the concession agreement for development of a captive jetty at Jatadhar Muhan in Jagatsinghpur district of Odisha. The project is under the Build, Own, Operate, Share and Transfer (BOOST) model.
The Government of Odisha accorded its approval for this novation in favour of JSW Jatadhar Marine Services Private Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure Limited) on 18th June, 2026.
A novation agreement was executed on 7th July, 2026 between JSW Utkal and JSW Jatadhar Marine Services Private Limited for the development of the captive jetty at Jatadhar Muhan in Jagatsinghpur district, Odisha.
