JSW Infrastructure incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, JSW Kolkata Outer Harbour Container Terminal Private Limited, on July 10, 2026.
The subsidiary was formed to execute a concession agreement for an outer container terminal project at Netaji Subhash Dock, Kolkata.
JSW Infrastructure invested Rs. 1 lakh to subscribe to 10,000 equity shares, holding a 100% stake in the new entity.
The incorporation fulfills a requirement of the Letter of Award received from Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority.
