JSW Infrastructure Limited has scheduled its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members to be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026 at 3:30 p.m. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The company has fixed Thursday, 6th August, 2026 as the Cut-off Date for determining which members are eligible to vote on the resolutions that will be presented in the Notice of the AGM.
This communication follows previous letters dated 8th May, 2026 and 13th June, 2026 regarding the recommendation of dividend for the financial year 2025-26 and the fixation of Record Date for dividend payment, respectively.
