Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors of JSW Steel Limited at its meeting held on July 17, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP (ICAI Firm Registration No. 117364W/W-100739) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company.
Appointment Terms
The appointment is for a term of 5 (five) years, commencing from the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting (to be held in the year 2027) until the conclusion of the 38th Annual General Meeting (to be held in the year 2032). The appointment is subject to approval of the Members of the Company.
Current Auditor Status
M/s. S R B C & CO. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 324982E/E300003), the current Statutory Auditor, will continue to undertake the statutory audit until the conclusion of the 33rd Annual General Meeting in 2027, marking the completion of their second consecutive term of 5 (five) years.
