JSW Steel Completes BPSL Slump Sale to Sambalpur

JSW Steel completed the transfer of BPSL's steel business undertaking via slump sale to JSW Sambalpur Steel Limited on March 27, 2026.
The slump sale is part of a Board-approved 50:50 JV between JSW Steel and JFE Steel Corporation, Japan, for BPSL's steel business.
The transaction was disclosed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, filed with NSE and BSE.
