Jubilant Pharmova Limited has submitted a regulatory filing under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 to inform the exchanges of a significant capital expenditure announcement by its Radiopharma business.

The disclosure, made on October 8, 2026, at 08:00 PM IST, concerns an investment of CAD 94.5 million (Canadian Dollars) by Jubilant Draximage Inc. Jubilant Draximage Inc. is a subsidiary of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Jubilant Pharma Limited.

The purpose of the investment is to modernize and expand the radiopharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Kirkland, Québec, Canada. The primary objective of this expansion is to double the production capacity of its flagship product, RUBY-FILL®.

The Government of Canada will provide financial support for this project. The support amount is CAD 23.8 million, which will be provided through the Strategic Response Fund's innovation funding stream.

The stated rationale for the expansion is to meet very strong and growing demand. The customer base for RUBY-FILL® has doubled in the last three years. The project will modernize the facility with state-of-the-art production equipment, create and secure high-value jobs, and ensure a reliable supply of essential radiopharmaceutical products in Canada and globally.

The Kirkland facility is described as the only site in Canada producing its specific categories of radiopharmaceutical products, which include diagnostic and therapeutic solutions such as RUBY-FILL® (for cardiac PET imaging), a Technetium-99m (99mTc) diagnostic portfolio (for SPECT imaging), and Iodine-131 products (for treating thyroid disease and cancer).
