Julien Agro Infratech Limited disclosed the outcome of its Board Meeting held on Saturday, July 04, 2026, which commenced at 01:00 p.m. and concluded at 01:30 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company.

The Board approved the appointment of five new directors, all effective from July 04, 2026:

Non-Executive Independent Directors:

  • Mrs. Deepa Garg (DIN: 10740685) - Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI with work experience in diversified areas including Corporate Laws, Governance, and Tax.
  • Mrs. Meenu Jain (DIN: 07072779) - Qualified Company Secretary from ICSI with work experience in diversified areas, compliance with financial and legal requirements, and maintaining high standards of corporate governance.
  • Mrs. Pushpa Joshi (DIN: 06838093) - Qualified Company Secretary with work experience in compliance with financial and legal requirements, maintaining high standards of corporate governance.

Executive Directors:

  • Mr. Chandra Shekhar Tibrewala (DIN: 117755662) - Has business management, managerial and administrative experience with good experience in Agro business and technical matters related to the company's business.
  • Mr. Harkishan Singh (DIN: 02557810) - Has business management, managerial and administrative experience with good experience of Agro business, multi-faceted experience in formulation and implementation, setting up of Projects, planning & execution, and knowledge of agricultural marketing scenario in domestic markets.

All appointments were made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, with the executive director appointments also recommended by the Audit Committee.

The disclosure confirms that none of the newly appointed directors are related to any other directors of the company.
