Contract Details
Awarding Entity: Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB)
Contract Nature: Operation, Maintenance and Management of Tourist Rest House at Devprayag, Tehri Garhwal (Uttarakhand)
Contract Value: ₹28,22,000.00 (Twenty Eight Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Only) per annum, excluding 18% GST
Contract Duration: 10 years from signing of contract, with potential extension for further 5 years on same terms and conditions
Financial Terms
- Annual fee payable half-yearly in advance before 5th day of relevant month
- First annual license fee payable on contract signing date
- Annual escalation of 3% per annum on previous year's price
- Performance security requirement: ₹25,00,000 (Twenty-Five Lakh Only) via DD/Banker's cheque or bank guarantee
Contract Conditions
- Contract to be signed within 7 days of LOA issuance
- Performance security must be furnished before contract signing
- Contract agreement requires registration with appropriate authority with stamp duty payment as per Indian Stamp Act 1899
- Unconditional acceptance required within 7 days from LOA issuance date
Entity Relationships
- Promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in UTDB
- Transaction does not qualify as Related Party Transaction
- Awarded by domestic entity
