Juniper Green Commissions 40 MW Wind Capacity

Juniper Green Energy Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Regulation 30 regarding the commissioning of additional capacity by its subsidiary.

Key Development

Juniper Green Spark Four Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Juniper Green Energy Limited, has commissioned the entire 40 MW wind component of its 120 MW Wind Solar Hybrid Power Project. The commissioning occurred on September 11, 2026, at the project site.

Project Status Update

With this commissioning, the operational capacity under this specific project now stands at 82.01 MWp out of a total planned capacity of 152 MWp.

Verification and Certification

The commissioning was witnessed and confirmed by officials of Gujarat Energy Development Agency and Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Limited. A formal certificate is expected to be issued shortly.

Aggregate Operational Capacity

Following this commissioning, the aggregate operational capacity of Juniper Green Energy Limited and its subsidiaries now stands at approximately 2,679 MWp and approximately 500 MWh BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) as of September 11, 2026.
