Juniper Green Energy Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 regarding capacity commissioning by its subsidiary.
Juniper Green Stellar Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Juniper Green Energy Limited, has commissioned 6.25 MW of wind power capacity. This capacity forms part of its 200 MW Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) Project.
With this commissioning, the current operational capacity under this specific project now stands at 353.45 MWp and approximately 201 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The total planned capacity for this project is 550.6 MWp and approximately 201 MWh BESS.
As a result of this commissioning, the aggregate operational capacity across Juniper Green Energy Limited and all its subsidiaries reached approximately 2,594 MWp and approximately 500 MWh BESS as of September 8, 2026.
The disclosure was signed by Prashant Pandia, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (FCS 12077), and submitted to both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
