Juniper Green Energy Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulations (Regulation 30) regarding the commissioning of additional power capacity.
The disclosure confirms that Juniper Green Beam Eight Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Juniper Green Energy Limited, has fully commissioned its 75 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Project. The project is being developed under a Power Purchase Agreement with The Tata Power Company Limited.
The commissioning was completed with the activation of the entire 25 MW solar component at the project site on September 17, 2026. This follows a previous intimation made to the exchanges on August 12, 2026.
Following this commissioning, the aggregate operational capacity of Juniper Green Energy Limited and its subsidiaries now stands at approximately 2,725 MWp of power generation capacity and approximately 500 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity as of September 17, 2026.
