Juniper Green Energy begins commissioning India’s first FDRE project, integrating 259 MWp solar, 280 MW wind and 200 MWh battery storage in Rajasthan and Gujarat.
The project, awarded via SJVN’s FDRE tender, includes a 200 MW PPA with SJVN and a back‑to‑back PSA supplying renewable power to Haryana.
Solar capacity started commercial operations in March 2026 and the 200 MWh battery storage began in April 2026, ahead of peak summer demand in Haryana.
Juniper, part of Singapore’s AT Capital Group, now has ~1.66 GWp operational capacity and aims to lead further FDRE tender cycles across India.
