Juniper Hotels Limited has disclosed the resignation of Mr. Tarun Jaitly from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The resignation was tendered via letter dated June 29, 2026 and will be effective from the close of business hours on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. Mr. Jaitly stated he is resigning "to embark on a new opportunity outside the Company."

Concurrently, Mr. Jaitly has also resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of Chartered Hotels Private Limited ("CHPL"), which is identified as a material subsidiary of Juniper Hotels Limited. This resignation is also effective from the close of business hours on July 15, 2026.

The Company is in the process of identifying and appointing a new Chief Financial Officer within the timeline prescribed under applicable laws. During the interim period, the responsibilities of the CFO office will be overseen by:

  • Mr. Amit Saraf, President
  • Mr. Sandeep Joshi, Vice President – Finance & Accounts, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
  • Annexure A: Copy of the resignation letters submitted by Mr. Tarun Jaitly
  • Annexure B: Additional disclosures as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025 CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026

The Annexure B disclosure specifies that the cessation date is July 15, 2026 and the reason for cessation is "to embark on a new opportunity outside the Company." Profile and director relationship disclosures are marked as "Not Applicable."

The disclosure will also be available on the Company's website at www.juniperhotels.com. Mr. Jaitly has requested that the Company make necessary disclosures and relevant filings with the office of the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai regarding his resignation.
