Jupiter Hospitals CFO Sivasis Sen Resigns

Mr. Sivasis Sen resigned as CFO of Jupiter Life Line Hospitals Ltd effective May 31, 2026 due to personal commitments.
He also resigned as CFO of material subsidiary Jupiter Hospitals Projects Private Limited on the same effective date.
The resignation was disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations Regulation 30 and a related SEBI circular.
Mr. Sen will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel authorized for determining materiality from May 31, 2026.
