Jupiter Life Line Hospitals received MMRDA's acceptance of its tender for ~10,026.44 sqm land at BKC, Mumbai on 80-year lease.
The one-time lease premium payable to MMRDA is ~Rs. 354 Crores for Plot No. SF5 in GTxT-Block, Bandra-Kurla Complex.
The land is proposed for a ~400-bed hospital, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals; capex yet to be determined.
