Jupiter Wagons Limited has entered into a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding with Pojazdy Szynowe PESA Bydgoszcz S.A. (PESA), a company incorporated under the laws of Poland.
The purpose of the MoU is to explore passenger rolling stock opportunities for India's metro, semi high-speed, and high-speed rail segments.
The MoU is explicitly stated as non-binding, indicating it represents an exploratory phase rather than a committed contractual agreement.
