The primary agenda of the board meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results along with the Report of the Statutory Auditors, for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
The company also confirmed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities remains closed for all Designated Persons including Insiders, and their immediate relatives. The closure period began on 1st April, 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. This trading window closure was previously intimated on 26th March, 2026 and is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
