SEBI has mandated that members holding securities in physical form must furnish PAN, choice of nomination, contact details (postal address with PIN and mobile number), bank account details, and specimen signature with the company or MUFG. Effective April 1, 2024, shareholders whose folios lack these details can only lodge grievances or receive dividend payments through electronic mode after complying with these requirements.
