Jyoti CNC Automation Limited has received approval from the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Meity), New Delhi, for its capital investment proposal under the Electronic Components Manufacturing Scheme.

The investment proposal aggregates to Rs. 1,020.65 Crores to be implemented over the next five years at the company's existing manufacturing facility located in Rajkot, Gujarat.

The investment is directed toward two primary objectives: expansion of installed capacity and establishment of a backward integrated manufacturing facility for Electronic Devices used in building CNC Machines.

Under the scheme, the company would be eligible for capital expenditure incentives of up to 25% on the investments made. This incentive is subject to the stipulations outlined in the scheme guidelines and the specific terms of the approval letter issued by Meity on August 17, 2026.

The approval letter will be presented to the board of directors of the company at their forthcoming meeting for consideration and any necessary action.
