K I C Metaliks Limited has submitted a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited pursuant to Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company intimated that its Durgapur plant operations have been shut down with effect from September 9, 2026. The shutdown is due to rectification work required on the Blast Furnace and its accessories.
The company stated that it will be able to start the furnace after the rectification work is completed. The company committed to communicating the restart of operations to the stock exchange immediately upon completion.
