K&R Rail Engineering appointed Mr. Mulam Veeranjaneyulu as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel effective May 20, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors and disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
Mr. Veeranjaneyulu brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and statutory compliances.
He holds no shares in the company and is not related to any director or debarred from holding office.
